What Areas Do You Currently Serve?

Currently, we are based in Medford, OR and frequently travel throughout the neighboring towns (Ashland, Grants Pass, Rogue River, Gold Hill, White City, Eagle Point, Central Point, Phoenix, Talent, Applegate, Jacksonville and Ruch, etc). We do occasionally operate outside of this scope, so please contact us for more information. We’re currently only able to provide care for pets in Oregon.

What Services Do You Provide?

We currently provide preventative care, end-of-life services and travel certificates for dogs, cats, and the occasional “pocket pets.” We do not currently equipped for surgery or most sick patients (depending on concern/symptoms) but plan to expand to these services very soon.

What Are Your Fees?

We have transparent and competitive pricing. Your fees depend on distance travelled to your home from our business address, which services you require, and any necessary diagnostics/treatments/medication you pet needs. Our exam fee is $75 and our travel fee starts at $40 and ranges from distance travelled. Please see our pricing page for prices on other common items. How Do Appointments Work and How Do I Prepare?

Appointments and services are conducted in the comfort of your home. We ask that you allocate an accessible area in your home for us to set up a small exam table (if applicable) and a weight scale. We will confirm timing of arrival with you within 48 hours of your appointment and 15 minutes prior.
